Hello! I can’t believe it’s already time to send out our January Newsletter! As we head into half-term, it feels like the perfect moment to reflect on all the wonderful creative projects that have taken place over the last six weeks. At The Nook, we are deeply invested in making each session unique and tailored to the individual interests and needs of every student. We also like to introduce thoughtful challenges to help them stretch, grow and build confidence. Above all, we want our students to enjoy the process of creating — their wellbeing remains our most important focus. This term has been full of imagination and exploration. We have rewritten and illustrated Greek myths, developed writing around the theme of Journeys and Dreams, explored surrealism and pop art, and created portal stories that transported us to entirely different worlds. We are always so impressed by the way our students engage with each project — their creativity, insight and willingness to experiment never fail to inspire us. Now, as we approach the halfway point of our first academic year, we are truly delighted to see so many students returning week after week, with growing confidence and enthusiasm. It’s incredible what a cosy room, a welcoming smile, and an hour of one-to-one creativity can achieve! Thank you, as always, for your continued support.
